Explore Brussels' Beach

Brussels Beach is open from 6 July to 12 August 2018 at the Quai des Péniches near the Place Sainctelette. City-dwellers can stroll around for all their sunbathing needs, and even have space to play a game of beach volleyball, cool off under the fountains, enjoy a concert, or simply sip a fruit juice cocktail under a straw parasol. The site is closed on Tuesdays.

Visit the Vaux-Hall

For the second consecutive year, the Vaux-Hall in the Parc de Bruxelles will open its doors every weekend to the public during the summer with a cultural program nourished by the special spirit of this enchanting site. This unique festival started on June 2 and will last till August 19.

Go to Brussels Summer Festival

14 to 18 August on and around the Place des Palais, Brussels will once again vibrate with the rhythm of the summer festival. Since 2002, Belgian and international artists converge on Brussels’ various parks to play some of the best contemporary music.

Enjoy the Fireworks at the Atomium

On Friday 3, 10, 17 and 24 August, fireworks will light up the sky at the Heysel plateau (at the foot of Palace 5). People are already welcome to go there as from 6pm to participate in various activities that will be organized for the whole family. The fireworks will start at 11pm.
